Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol. Do not use household cleaners.​Remove the red eyeliner. Press the adhesive to attach. Remove the black liner. Press the wall for 10 seconds.​To ensure the adhesive is secure, slide the hook up and off.​Press the base firmly for 30 seconds. Wait one hour before use.
